Nothing like a firsthand demonstration.
Explaining panic attacks to someone who haven't had them, is like trying to explain love to someone who've never had a boyfriend/girlfriend.
Except you can explain what romantic love is like with the person having never had a romantic partner.
nothing like a demonstration to help them understand
you really go into detail dont ya?
I've done the same thing before, only it was while trying to explain them to my doctor. They are really unpleasant, especially when you have them in public around people who don't understand what is going on and what it is like.
Better than trying to explain them what urinary incontinence is and... You what's next
Dang, I know what its like OP. Same thing has happened to me, but most of my anxiety attacks end in me passing out. Hard explaining to your friends that its normal to you and happened nearly every time.
...For Example
This was a "show and tell" kind of thing.
There are online sources that explain them. You might be able to text a link next time. That sucks.

I would now like to explain what irony attacks are.
