Free rent is like a gas mask to toxicity.
get a place with a roommate on an opposite shift... cheaper rent and you will barely see each other, so toxicity will be super low, along as you bothe handle your own dishes etc.
I am assuming that OP moved back in with family out of economic necessity. There are a lot of people out of work due to the impact of the pandemic and extended federal assistance for unemployment recently ran out. Given that, moving out may not be a viable option at this time for OP. OP, it seems a lot of people are feeling similar pain. Just this morning in “Dear Abbey” a husband was complaining about how his wife had become extra controlling as she was responding to insecurity brought on by the COVID pandemic and it’s effects. It may not help that much, but we are all feeling stress in these times. And it may be a year more before we are back at at some form of “normal.” All I can say is to hang in there. Keep looking for a job if that’s the situation. Note that there are a lot more people using shopping services like “Instacart” during the pandemic and they are probably hiring if you have a car or the use of one.
Not to be agist, but you are taking advice from an eleven year old. come on man
**** man, I hope you’re that kids favorite family member and that they can rely on you forever. Cause obviously your mom and sister ain’t it.
