Also, there is not a place where the Mayans said the world ends on this date. Their calandra just ended there. There is no reduction, they just figured a few hundred years of not needing to deal with the calendar was enough time and just left it like that until later notice. As others have said before me, the end of the world prediction is stupid paranoia that has no proof.
