Ah! Never let anyone but the professionals touch you! I let my mum cut my fringe (bangs) on a whim once and I hysterically cried for hours afterwards.

I feel like, if your mom wasn't a professional, YDI. Hot wax and delicate eyebrows are not an easy thing to do correctly.

Just use an eyebrow pencil to soften and shape them, haha and definitely don't trust her to do them again!

Aw! Sometimes waxing sucks, one time my skin got ripped off and i ended up having two big scabs under my eyebrows for weeks. Just get an eyebrow pencil and go to a professional next time. Or just get really talented with plucking!

It says so in the left hand corner of the FML. Even if it didn't, I'm pretty sure it's obvious. Some guys do wax their eyebrows, but in this case it seems pretty evident to me.
