Why the **** would you text and drive... when the person is seated NEXT to you. You deserve it for having an idiot boyfriend. Also, if you texted him at all, then you're just as at fault.

This is one of the few FMLs where I legitimately think both answers apply. FYL for having an idiot for a boyfriend, but YDI also for not speaking up. I won't even let my mom answer her cell phone when I'm riding shotgun; you should have stopped him.
