just so everyone knows-stat. rape involves anyone under 13. and if an adult is having sex with a minor. so-two fifteen yr olds having sex is not stat. rape.

actually in all the states that I know of age of consent is 16 and that's parental consent in this situation it is clear there was no parental consent which means if he is over the age of consent and she is under it that IS stat. rape

I live in VA, and I said as long as they are both under 18(18 is the consent age in virginia) then he should not get charged for stat. rape.
