sounds like its time for a lawsuit......
Assuming you want to stay in your current job, wouldn't a lawsuit be counterproductive? Think about it-- right now you OWN them. Suing will just piss them off. Yeah, they screwed up big-time; milk it for all you can. (Company car, double paid vacation days, a better parking space...)
At least they made the discovery that you were not the one who stole all that money, right?
