Today, while sleeping, I heard an explosion. My neighbor then knocked on my door and informed me that he had just hit my car with shrapnel from a cannon. Not only do I not have a car to drive, but I also have to put this claim on my insurance due to my neighbor being on welfare. FML

That seems a bit excessive. I can understand maybe seeking some kind of order that doesn't allow them to have or use the cannon but to seek out one that will deny them from being on their own property is a bit extreme for a first time issue.

From what I've been told he packed it with gun powder and duct tape and when he fired it in the parking lot, the welding on the back of it broke and blew the back of the cannon into my vehicle

Sometimes time isn't the issue, but transportation. It took me three years of applying for jobs before I got one. Why? Because there were only about 600 businesses within walking distance (7 miles, and even that was pushing it) of my house. Any farther away from that and I would have been showing up to interviews far too sweaty, dirty, and tired and no one would have hired me anyways. Most of the jobs in my 7-mile radius required degrees, and I had only just graduated high school. I had more than enough time to apply to jobs, but no portable showers.

Cannons aren't that difficult to build. It's pretty easy if you can get parts and powder cheap.

Where do you live??? Sounds like a super fun place. (Aside from sucky the irresponsible neighbour, of course.) Cannons are awesome. Anyone who disagrees is a pu**y. XD
