Op it’s okay to change your major if it’s an option. A lot of people do it because they realize they picked a path that didn’t work for them!

Better to figure that out now and change majors early than to waste four years' time and tuition learning things you'll never use.
Dude, if you're still in college, it's not your career, just your major, don't get ahead of yourself. And as others have aptly said, if you don't like it, just go for something else you at least tolerate.
I was two years in and had just gotten accepted into clinicals for a nursing degree when I changed my major to IS. Had no clue I even liked IS, but I knew I did not want to be a nurse. Best decision I ever made.
