That'd be something to bring to the dean.
Fight it. It happened to me at college too. Suddenly my professor decided I had cheated on our 2nd homework assignment months before and mentioned my review of her in her email. I had a word with the professor before scheduling my meeting with the dean and magically my grade went from a D back to an A.
She recognized your handwriting?
That's messed up. Definitely take it to one of the higher ups. This is why I'm glad that my school's system makes it so that the professors can't read the course evals until after they submit the final grades.
Something similar happened to me in college. Took an "anonymous" survey in one of my classes - The teacher was terrible, and I cited examples. Two classes later the teacher ranted about the comments I made on the survey and ended with an "I know who you are, I recognize your handwriting." I think I wound up going to the dean about the threat. I passed the class, but it was a real struggle. That teacher did not teach the next semester. Everybody lost on that one - The teacher who was unprofessional and a terrible teacher, and me with a lower grade than I would have had otherwise. Go to the dean, explain what happened. Don't be surprised however if your teacher does all they can to try to disprove your case. At this point it's all you can do. In the future never trust "anonymous" surveys - There is no such thing.
I have chicken scratch for writing when I don't try.. So when ever it came to evaluations and teachers, you damn bet I'd change my writing style so they wouldn't know it was me.
My school uses scantrons and has a way to submit a full lengthy review of professors completely anonymously. And the evaluations are read by the head of completely different department to prevent bias.
That's why you wait until you know you'll no longer have a class with her
So I guess it wasn't lit
I've had this happen to me before, my english teachers almost never actually taught us, so i spoke out about it in my fall semester review, only for her to call me out in front of the entire class on the first day back!

Take that directly to the dean. Not only is that unethical of your professor, it's illegal.
She probably figured it out by writing style--everyone has a unique turn of phrase. Definitely take this matter to the dean. If she can't handle criticism she should not be in her profession. Also: this is why you wait until after receiving your final grade to rate your professors.
