This makes no sense. Why would her other boyfriend play along as the brother? Either she's got complete control over him, you only believed in your head you two were dating, or something crazy, like cheat on you and slowly get rid of you by introducing him as the brother.

Wow, did she introduce him to you in person as "her brother" or did she tell you that without him being present? If that latter, & he doesn't know...tell him & say you thought she might have been cheating on you with him, either way....if you haven't already...dump her
