If your wedding was so important you should have set an alarm
I'm not entirely sure why people at saying your life sucks for this... It's totally your own fault!!
No one bothered to look for you?
Excederin migraine and coffee work wonders! I get migraines often - the kind that stop you in your tracks and can make you violently sick. When they get really bad, I take three tablets with a full glass of water then I drink a cup or two of coffee. Within a half hour's time I'm much much better.
Seriously, why do people keep saying alarm? If you've got a severe headache, do you want an alarm to start going off? Didn't think so. Now, if I were OP, I would have told brother, but also best man, dad, close friend, and a few others just in case. But in all, it's not that bad, unless he woke up so late everybody had left.

I hope you didn't post this right after you woke up while your wife and family were all waiting for you!
Its always best to put on several alarm clocks too! I hope everyone understands, and you manage to rearrange a new date. I hope your brother didn't do it on purpose !
