she's just throwing lowball insults to know how to trigger a reaction from you. pity her for not being more creative and predictable and immature.
You're right. I shouldn't let myself be goaded any more. It's just that she really rubbed it in back then. When she found out that her big brother was wearing a woman's girdle she found it hilarious, and when she realised I wasn't doing it willingly and that I hated it, she was absolutely delighted - there's no other word for it. She never let up taunting me, and I guess I'm still on a bit of a hair-trigger in her presence, just waiting for her to start.
