I don't see why that is so bad. He obviously thinks you have great boobs. It doesn't hurt you in any way. If anything,you should be flattered.

I can't stand the commenters who believe she was "flaunting her breasts" on purpose. Not everybody does that. For all you know she could have been dressed in a turtleneck and mom jeans and you STILL would have said that she looked like a ****, and that she deserved it. There are guys who will stare no matter what one is wearing, and to put the blame solely on the person who didn't want the attention - who made it perfectly CLEAR they didn't want the attention - is just ridiculous. Use it to your advantage

you could have been more discreet in calling attention to his behaviour such as asking him to give examples, then steer him towards what he was doing as being inappropriate.
