I'm not sure where you guys live, but condoms actually aren't that cheap. At least he's being safe about it. A 3-pack of Trojans here will run you about seven bucks, and that can easily be used up in a single weekend. Kind of like buying cigarettes if you think about it. Anyway OP, you shouldn't be the one buying all the condoms, so talk to him seriously.
