That has to be one of the lamest excuses ever. I'm sorry. If you've been monogamous a while, and you have insurance that covers it, try another form of birth control and see what he says. Or offer to buy the condoms or share the cost. Hopefully that will work. If not, he may be gay and in serious denial, he may be straight and not attracted to you, or he could be impotent and afraid to say so.

Lmfao planned parenthood gives condoms for free. I don't believe in condoms though, but when I did believe in the myth I used to get them there.

condoms are free at the health department. I know because I use them all the time to save money with my fiance'. It's a sorry excuse and your boyfriend needs to man up to what's really going on. Probe a little further OP. It might be something medical or he could be bored. Either way, it's something that can be worked on if he really cares for you and is willing to have a serious talk with you.
