Melatonin is great an all but it stopped working for me after a few months and made my insomnia worse. And I was taking like 5mg some nights. If it's stress keeping you up at night you should take magnesium because it regulates your stress hormones and helps you mind relax at night. There's also Sweet Dreams tea which is made of chamomile and mint that helps you relax and start to feel sleepy.
It is mean. My boyfriend stayed up with me until I fell asleep at about 2 AM and woke up at 6 or 7 AM. After just one night he was like "wow" and finally got what I had been going through because he's used to sleeping 8-10 hours a night. He's not going to complain to me about being tired if he gets less than that anymore XD

I'm confused, how is that related to insomnia? People who sleep just fine or sleep extremely well could just as easily make the same mistake.
Good old THC and ethyl alcohol always helps me sleep
