I had that happen once but it wasn't even a friend , it was random and it wasn't to my instagram pics it was pictures from fb that he saved on his ipad and put it in slideshow mode

Well, I'm a girl and even though I would feel embarrassed ( I'm really shy ?) and wouldn't know what to do, I would still take it as a kind of compliment because it just means you are really hot and he likes you. And also if it's your best friend we are talking about, I would just laugh it off or talk about his feeling if he or she shows further interest in you. ?
