so aside from all the other stuff (and btw, i agree one thousand percent with all the comments), the teacher thought not only the signature was forged, but also the comments. so i think the bigger issue might be that the CONTENT of the comments sounded like they came from a 6 year old. not just the handwriting. so not only is this person a dick and a bad parent, but apparently also has the intelligence of a 1st grader.
