Hey, there are many reason she could've sent the letter. She could have just found out that he's married and wanted to let you know but didn't know how else to tell you, she could feel ashamed of what she did, or she could be rubbing it in your face. If its the first one, revenge from yourself and the mistress upon your husband along with a divorce is needed. If the second, forgiveness to her and a divorce with revenge from you. If the third, kick her ass, kick his ass, and divorce.
