You need to get medical help. I’ve struggled with insomnia for almost 20 years, ever since my husband’s sudden and violent death left me a young widow with three little kids. So believe me, I’ve been there. I was taking melatonin, Benadryl, smoking weed, ANYTHING to try to sleep. You need prescription meds. And it may take a few tries to get the right one.
Maybe see a sleep specialist if this issue persists?
If I were you, I’d go to the hospital.
if this was a house episode it would be because you have the bubonic plague
At which point after a lengthy 2 week stay, you’d be told to go home and take two aspirin and call him in the morning, idiot. It’s only the Bubonic plague. No wait, wrong diagnosis, it’s the tengkitsu yodeling fever you got from hiking through Karambuzet 17 years ago and you forgot about that buggeto fly that bit you with a rare disease that only exists there, in a bug that only has 50 of its kind left, in a pond the size of a bottle cap and no one will ever know the mysterious illness except house.
Nothing happened yet. In a day or so, you're going to be hopelessly constipated. I wouldn't be surprised if you actually ingested little to no melatonin. These products are unregulated so you can't know what you are getting.
Cannabis gummies would have worked better
These made even my insomniac wife sleep! "Your life sucks"... and a doctor's help could be justified.
