I'm curious who's paying for the wedding. those things are expensive and many places won't refund your money for last minute cancellation. Not to mention people having to change/cancel their travel plans. If she doesn't want to get married, she should come out and say so. If this is truely about the sisters weight, then she's incredibly insensitive to everyone else
Didn't she have time between knowing you two were getting married and the day of the wedding to prepare?
