I hate it when doctors lecture me about my weight when they're twice my size. Like, really? Take your own advice.
How tall is she? You failed to mention the correlation between weight and height... c: So. You seem like a bad doctor to mention such things..
This isn't your fault that you're fat, although being a doctor and supposedly smart, maybe you would take your own advice only to realize how wrong and useless America's ever popular low-fat carb-based diet is. Tell that little girl to eat some saturated animal fat. Go watch a documentary called fat head, and start prescribing exercise rather than bullshit.
my cousin is about to be 4 and he's about 75 lbs ._.
To all the people bitching out poor OP, my uncle works on a farm (excercise) has no sugar at all and the only fat in his diet is what they don't trim off his steak at the butcher (including butter and oil), but he's still overweight. My Mum has a similar diet and if she didn't have a desk job she'd probably get more excercise than her weekend walks. Both of them are on the heavy side - so mind your own.
I doubt you are fat. I have never seen a fat doctor before. I very you are at a healthy weight. it's probably muscle.
My parents fed me McDonalds when I was younger so you can guess that I'm overweight. Still unable to control my eating I can't really do much about it. FML
listen to your own advice
My sister is 8, and she barely weighs 65. Most of it is muscle too. Good job OP for calling the girl chubby, and not morbidly obese.
Tell that to her mom.

Why the HELL is anybody saying the doctor deserved this? 5 years old and 65lbs is quite overweight. The average 5 year old is somewhere between 30-40, give or take a bit. The kid will have all kinds of health problems if something doesn't change soon, and Doc here was doing their JOB. Also, #11 is right, the one who should be getting the lecture is dear old Mom and Dad, probably letting their kid eat too many snacks and sodas and junk. Poor kid.
I'd say the kid's the one who should be saying FML...at that age, they really have no control over what they eat, so its entirely the parent's fault for letting them eat poorly.
