She's obviously just trying to help. She cares-- and although that can be an annoying thing, it's a good thing. You might need the help. Back when I had an eating disorder, my 15 year old self thought it was annoying to have my mom always be making sure that I was eating. However, my 21 year old self is glad that she cared enough to help me overcome the disorder.
It sucks that you have eating issues, and I hope you recover quickly. However, I must tell you that I'd be freaking GRATEFUL if my parents had cared enough to "bombard" me with therapy websites and self-help books. Instead, they told me, "Get over it. You're just doing this because you like the attention and you're vain." Maybe if they'd supported me in my recovery, I'd be a little less screwed up. I voted "YDI", because you do deserve to have a step-mom who cares enough to offer you helpful resources.
Real men like a thick ass..
What are you whining about she isn't even your real mother and she still gives a damn. YDDI I wish my real mother gave a damn about my well being ******* brat.
Some parents are assholes and tell their kids to get over it.

At least she cares?
Yes, and if you're depressed: just be happy. It doesn't work that way FYLDeep.
