Don't pay her extra, if she does tell anyone, hide the nightgowns and sue her for slander, you shouldn't be ashamed for you being you
or just get some kind of proof and take her to court for blackmail
Thats called a hate crime!
that's called extortion/blackmail and its illegal
You can say they are for your mom/sister/girlfriend when they visit.
it's called fire her and don't pay her at all...then have her arrested for blackmail/extortion and also sue her for slander
Don't do that, don't pay her extra. If you pay her now, she'll ask for more later. Like someone said, hide the nightgowns and sue her if she tells anyone. In any case, fire her.
Fire her. It’s the only way to end it. Then if she says anything just tell people you did it because she was stealing and now she’s retaliating against you.
Tape your next conversation with her, and be sure her attempt of blackmailing is on it. Then call the police.
