Today, my family has begun preparations for my dad's birthday party. We figured out that the closest date that will work is the fifth of June. Also today, I got a letter in the mail. I have jury duty. Take a wild guess what day it's on. FML

Jury Duty is usually during normal business hours, either request that the party is for the evening or explain that you have jury duty.

I just recently had jury duty.. You can request moving your duty to a later date. I was able to move mine out 4 months.
