Ah, the old Dash-n-Dine! Looks like your husband did his part, but you didn't get your job done. Nice try.
Did you pay with a card? If so demand they give you your food or you will reverse the charge under failure to provide goods or services paid for. If cash, well, you are up shit creek without a paddle.
I was with you until the social media thing. we really need to stop perpetuating this whoa is me cancel culture. try to get back what's yours, the credit company will likely side with op anyway. there's no reason to make a whole scene over fast food. also why would op ask for a refund instead of another meal ?
agree on just going to card company. then just call the customer service line. cops wont do anything for that (mask and little value) it isn't worth the resources. CS will most likely hand the staff responce and more than likely give you free stuff anyway, and the card company should simply reverse the charge.
Call Wendy’s main office and call the cops. Why would you not call the cops if there was a robbery? It wasn’t actual money but I am sure if it was food for that many children and yourself— it had to be 30-40 dollars worth of food... so that is robbery. File a report and then a complaint on shift management
not worth calling the police. they have more important things to do than chase a dead end for fast food op would end up doing a lot of waiting for them to arrive, literally not worth the hassle.
Even if the cops do nothing, it’s reported and they give you a number to associate with the report. When you then report the event to others, noting that you have reported it to police adds credibility.
Call your bank and reverse the charge. Then call the Wendy's customer service number. Then blast the local chain all over every social media outlet you participate in.
shoulda ran him over
If you have enough room in between your car and the window, I can see their reasoning...
Well, the hamburgler strikes again!. Just wait until Wendy hear this and she’ll beat that guy for invading her territory
I wouldn’t have moved until I got my food
