That is so ****** up on so many levels... Sorry OP
Well at least he's moved on
While I understand he should move on with his life and that's fine but announcing it on the one year after is so inconsiderate. Fyl for sure
I think its fine that he chose this day.... You guys are so inconsiderate
Your father moved on pretty quick. And why on your mothers one year death anniversary. Just inconsiderate.
Hmm...just wow.
Maybe It's his way of coping with grief and he was lonely. He wanted to make the day a happy day. He wasn't thinking of others so he didn't realize he was being inconsiderate. Everyone grieves differently. When my father in law lost his wife 5 years ago, he was telling me how lonely he was and he misses his her everyday until he met someone new and got married in a year and half. He's happy now. Just talk to your father about how you feel so that he's aware of your feelings.

Go to his fiancé when he's not around, say "you know, it's the anniversary of my moms death today, and he doesn't seem to care... Try imagining how much he really cares for you. If you think that's a lot, just think, when you die, he'll care just as much." And walk away. Let that thought sink in :P
Very inconsiderate
