Do some damn hill sprints, lift some weights and stop worrying about what the numbers on the screen tell you. If you train for performance, the aesthetics come with.
hey its ok. just be proud. at least your actually out there getting it done. there are a lot of ppl out there that refuse to do even that and then wonder why they keep gaining weight. i know a guy who lost a couple hundred pounds using the elliptical. so keep it up!!
It might be because you put your age and weight in. I can go fast on a eliptical on level 10 or an hour and only burn 600 calories(says the machine) my husband gets on going much slower on an easier level and can get 800 calories. He's much heavier so he burns quicker. I weigh 115 he's at about 230.
He wasn't repairing the machine. He was checking out your ass.
Burning calories isn't everything in a workout. Work at your own pace and focus on toning your muscles.
Good thing you have seven days to en the contract before your completely stuck in it for two years
Has it occurred to you that that could be what he was fixing?
Hey, you were at the gym. That deserves an applause. Besides, heavier people burn more calories.
You train like a bitch!

ever consider he didn't fix the machine right and the calories burned count was wrong?
