Look, while it is true that plenty of us don't get laid for reasons beyond our control--for example, I suffer from a complete and total lack of queer girls in my area--that incel crap isn't going to do anything but spiral you into paranoia, depression, and suicide. Just find something to entertain yourself with until you can change your circumstances. You're not gonna get happier in life believing conspiracies about how 'chads' are trying to ruin everything or what the hell ever crap they come up with.
