I'm a 28 year old retail manager... or I was until I got laid off 4 months ago. I wasn't making good money, but apparently it was good enough at the time, because when it dried up, my girlfriend kicked me out. I'm writing this post because someone in the neighborhood I park my car at night to sleep in keeps their linksys router unlocked. I have been going to school off and on for 10 years because paying rent, eating and getting a hand-to-mouth paycheck was always in the way of my studies. I have an AA in "Liberal Studies" which is a fancy word for "AA in Nothing." In those 10 years people who used to cheat off me and pay me to do their homework in high school now have doctorates. I'm unemployed and living in my car. This is my 10-year-reunion fodder. I wish I had your problems, Dr. Lucky, M.D. No one will give me a loan that big... and a loan that big means you got into a good school. Too many W's on my transcript to get me into a good school. I'm not going to click "YDI" but, you don't exactly have my sympathy either.
SHUT THE **** UP. EVERYONE IN MED SCHOOL HAS DEBT.
dude ur gunna be a doctor why u complaining
I hope you're at least doing well!
but yours goes to a good cause(:
stop crying pussy. med school debts are worth it if you become a good doctor. you'll be able to pay it off in less than 10 years. most people don't do it in their entire lives

At least you will have a good career once you are done with school!
"At least they have something to show for their debt"? What does that mean? In a few years you'll have a respectable career. A pile of shiny things won't help you earn money the same way a medical degree can.
