Legitimately, that's disability discrimination. Definitely something you should talk to someone of authority in your office about. Frame it as not wanting it to cause problems - Both for your own productivity but also perhaps something like "so that we, as a a company don't get into any legal hot water over this", emphasizing that you're coming at it from the POV that you're aligned with them and not opposed to them.
That's illegal, go to HR pronto.
