Frustrated

Today, I have a stutter that gets worse with stress. We got a new supervisor today and the first thing she said to me was, “Either spit it out or write it in an email, for fuck's sake!” I’m now so scared of her, I go almost mute if we’re in the same room. FML

you need to have a talk with hr. they can discuss your situation with her.

Definitely report that to your Human Resources department as soon as possible. Best to handle it now before it becomes an even bigger issue. I'm sorry your new supervisor is a c**t.

wooooow that's terrible for a supervisor especially a new one! I'm so sorry

Legitimately, that's disability discrimination. Definitely something you should talk to someone of authority in your office about. Frame it as not wanting it to cause problems - Both for your own productivity but also perhaps something like "so that we, as a a company don't get into any legal hot water over this", emphasizing that you're coming at it from the POV that you're aligned with them and not opposed to them.
