Today, my psycho stepmother and I got into an argument, and she started to get physical. After calling the police, and a cop showing up at the door, he took her side because she said it was "discipline". I'm a 29 year-old man. FML

Well idk what state you're in, but in NY if you're over 21 the use of physical force is illegal by a parent/guardian. The parent is only justified to use physical force for "discipline", if you "the child" are under 21. So technically because you're 29, you could press charges for harassment.
