If you've been given more projects why are you complaining? Do them and prove you can do better work, this in turn will get you better work. Essentially it made your boss pull the finger out and treat you as you wanted in the first place.
This is the reason my dad is retiring next month. At his job, his boss has fired 4 other people and gave those jobs to my dad with only .25 cents extra pay. He overheard the boss talking about firing another employee to save even more money, and prob going to assign that job to my dad too. He finally had enough. The people fired were making about $90-120k each.
Am I the only one thinking that a resignation letter should be written at home? I've always thought that you write it up at home and hand it to them when you give them the verbal resignation.
You realise that you boss did it on purpose.
if you were quitting, why did you feel you had to do the paperwork?
don't do the projects and write your resignation letter, you are a strong independent black woman!
If you are going to quit, quit. Stop allowing others to take advantage of you. Your time should be worth more to you than that.
what are you a doormat? if you want to quit your job do it...dont just accept more work like a noodle

If you're going to quit, write the letter and quit. If you do the work it'll be for no reason.
