Well To be fair this happened in a country that doesn't speak English as a primary language and in my experience those countries have pretty bad English teachers like once apparently according to the ukraine the word for sandwich in English is bread and butter
32, he can tell that google Translate did it because it sounded semi-literate... Also, google translate usually uses words that are similar but not exact, or homophones in the language translated from. Or even synonyms in the other language.
Today, I don't know whats worse, one of my students corrected me a sentence I made or the fact that I am a teacher to begin with. What do I teach? English. FML
