Get out

Today, my English teacher kicked me out of class for being "rude and disruptive." In actuality, I had called her out for having blatantly used Google Translate for several example sentences, all of which sounded as if a semi-literate foreigner had constructed them. FML

Same thing different taste

Underfunded and underappreciated

Today, I got back the essay I wrote about how my country's education system is fucked. At one point, I made a spelling mistake. My teacher wrote a note about it, basically calling me illiterate, and telling me to pay attention in school instead of whining about it. She misspelled "school". FML

Correcting a teacher always backfires, bad times!!

It actually doesn't bother me too much. It means my kids are paying attention and know some stuff. Then again my mistakes are usually "How do I spell this word again?" or typos. Nothing that makes me seem semi-literate.

18 - 12 didn't say anything about English and grammar that could possibly make that ironic. It's just a mistake. Plain and simple. 20 - it was clearly a typo. You know, when someone's hand happens to slip slightly to the left or right while typing, causing them to insert an incorrect letter. Not really worth pointing out if you can still tell what they're saying.

WOW. Let me say, I had a Spanish teacher like that. She wouldn't teach us and a bunch of kids were trash talking her on Facebook. So she ended up demanding a girl sign into Facebook to show her.. .. anyway, my teacher got onto the front page newspaper! :D For not teaching us anything! (Go look it up, Tampa Bay newspaper.)

Guess your going to fail that class for Making your teacher look dumb

They were probably offended for being called "semi-literate" from the people they were trying to teach. Hence the "get out of my room!"

My teacher doesn't mind being corrected. She says that she learns along with her students and sometimes the students are smarter than the teacher. Just saying..

My math teacher makes my class cookies when we catch her making mistakes 30 times

It's more terrible for some language pairs than for others. If you do English and French, it won't be publishable quality but it'll be good enough to get the gist of what's going on. If it's English and Japanese though, it'll be complete garbage.

Well we know who the teacher's favorite isn't...
