That is massively uncool on his part, OP. Not only was he willing to take advantage of your good nature to get you to do something uncomfortable only for his amusement, he also made a joke of your sex life and his deception to his friends, just to impress them, presumably. I would seriously reconsider being in a relationship with someone who clearly places so little value on you as a person.

I agree with everyone saying dump him. It's one thing to pull a prank but he clearly did that to hurt you emotionally, and to go tell his friends something that personal? Absolutely uncalled for. I admire your ability to cater to someone's fetish that's rare to find.

I would have had a completely different reaction. Yes, I would be beyond furious but I wouldn't allow myself to be mortified. I would come back with saying "you think it's funny but I am understanding and open minded so I'll give it a chance for the person I love, good luck trying to find someone who will share your weird, deep fetish."

Your personal relationship is none of his friends' business. If you don't want to break up with him over this, which I and many others would recommend, at least please have a stern talk with him.
