Today, it was my first day of school as a freshman. I soon became lost so I asked a senior for directions to my class. They smiled at me and said, "It's on the third floor to the right." After ten minutes of walking up and down stairs and hallways, I discovered there is no third floor. FML

Today, I was terribly late for class, so I rushed to the classroom door, thinking it was unlocked. I smacked face-first into the glass, and awkwardly fell to the floor. Once I got back up, I peeked through the glass, only to realise it wasn't even my class. FML

Today, I attended an assembly regarding senior graduation. The assistant principal told us to look to the left and right of us, because those people would be our friends for the rest of our lives. I was the only one in the entire row. FML

Today, I was heading to class with all of my books and papers in my arms. To prevent tripping and falling down the stairs, I decided to take the elevator. On my way there, I slipped and fell because my books were blocking the wet floor sign. FML

Today, I moved into my university dorm a week before classes start. Everyone kept giving me weird looks as they watched me move my stuff in. Finally, one of my dorm mates asked me if I knew that school had actually started last week. I didn't. FML

Today, after a fire alarm went off, everyone was going back into the building. I had never gone up the stairs before because I live on the 9th floor. As everybody was going back inside, I followed some guys right into their suite on the 1st floor, thinking it was the way to the stairs. FML

Lol we did this to our freshmen too. Somehow we managed to convince a surprising number of them that there was a pool on the 4th floor. Ah high school.

Why do you guys act like being lates a bug deal? Unless you go to a sucky school they don't even count tardies for the first week. First day you can literally walk in halfway through class and be ok.

Honestly, from someone going in to Soph. year, YDI for asking a senior. And haha to add to the stories, my school got creative. The pool is on the roof as always, and we have the torture chamber hidden in the basement ("dungeon") by the art room. Weird part: my friend and I found a creepy little room while hanging up posters for the art show, since the supplies were in the basement. It was a tiny room that had a chair and a table with red-stained canvas on it. Spooky... Seriously, DON'T ASK SENIORS, and ask a teacher you know. I thought everyone knew that, since I used to fool other freshmeat :D

haha I have to laugh at you. Being a senior I think that you should have known better. Really think about it, you, a freshman, asking a senior, on the first day of school? All i have to say is that your an idiot hahaha
