Today, my step-dad explained to me why he doesn't need to wash his body. He condescendingly said, "Well when you shampoo your hair, the soap runs down your body and cleans everything." He's 37 years-old. FML

And then you explain to him that it doesn't, especially not his armpits.

i dont get it.. so he the dude doesnt clean with that soap running down at least? if not then wow.. you just wash off and dry? lol ha!

tell him to use fabreze..then he don't even have to bath...

At least he uses shampoo. At least he showers.

And here I'm just trying to figure out how old OP is if their step-dad is only 37... unless their mom is a cradle-robber.

I was wondering that too! He's only 10 years older than me and I'm far from having kids at all

if the mom had OP when she was 20 (which isnt a far out idea), OP could be a teenager with her mom still married to someone older (15+20=35, for example).

I guess I was just thrown by someone being a step-parent at 37. XD I forget how 'old' that is comparatively to having a kid. Then again, sometimes I forget I'm 31.

I'm 18 Feb 4th my mom had me when she was 16 or 17 :p

Yeah I mean, I shower but I don't use soap in the shower, occasionally use shower gel. And I wash my arms each morning with soap and water.

@68 if you don't use soap, dafuq do you use? Nothing? Sorry, but I personally do not feel clean unless I use my delicious Dove body wash for men. :)

I use water and let it run down my smooth curves - and the shampoo. And sometimes I use bodywash or shower gel but not all the time.

I mean if it is a mixed substance technically he is right.
