That's in no way funny. I know how much of a problem OCD is, and OP, it sounds like your boss is on your side, so I'd take the prank up with him/her. Your coworker may have thought it was funny, but should've known better. And if your coworker did it knowing how devastatingly impairing OCD is on a person's quality of life, I hope he will be fired. And seriously, even without OCD, anyone would've thought that was really gross (maybe except for myself, I completely lack any healthy concern for infections, but still...). But definitely FYL, and good luck getting that kind of bullying stopped as fast as possible. I hope you find the opportunity to take it up with your boss.
