He probably did that just because you had that meeting. I don't like germs either but I've never heard of having OCD over it. Either way, that's disgusting and immature of your coworker. You should report it.

Rude but the workplace should not have singled you out. Could have done general training. Sad you work with people like that. If I wa OCD like you, I would just carry sanitation napkins and wipe everything down.
