You obviously don't eat fruit or vegetables too often
Looks you shocked your body quite a bit there, OP. Funnily enough, I'm making this comment while I am drinking one of my homemade smoothies. I have to ask what you put in the smoothie, though.
If you don't eat fruit or vegetables ever like only once a month or less for example. Your bodies reaction is it being shocked by the change in diet and essentially cleansing itself of unhealthy food. It would happen to someone who ate only natural non processed food if they ate Maccas as well.
It reminds me of the first time I ate a Fiber One bar. I know it's not a health food but it was enough to tell me that I needed more Fiber in my diet. It did give me one of the best ***** I've had in years. That's sad when you think about it.
That can happen depending on what fruit you ate and what food you have eaten the day before. But sometimes is good to clean out you system like that
I'm guessing you aren't used to that amount of fruit in one hit. That's probably too much sugar for you, unless you are planning on some severe exercise to warrant that amount of sugar.
Well, you lost some weight at least

So, when was the last time you've had any sort of fruit or vegetable? The only time I could imagine that happening is if you don't touch them at all. In which case, embrace the *****, because you obviously need some good fiber in your life.
Should have skipped the banana leaves ... Didn't you see Jumanji?
