The advice about waxing or threading is right-on. Besides the hair growing back without a bristle*, waxing has the added benefit of slowly destroying the hair follicle over repeated applications. It doesn't cost much to get it done in a salon, or you could do it at home yourself with wax you warm up in the microwave. * @#3: The old saw about hair growing back darker and thicker is an old wives' tale. It just seems thicker because it's been cut off blunt.
I recommend tweezing or waxing. Then you don't get prickles.

LOL I agree with #1, why would you share those kind of things? And btw, don't shave your upper lip. It comes out darker and thicker so waxing or threading is the way to go! :D
