I did not see that coming

Today, at my sister's wedding, I got my 15 month-old son to 'sign' the big guest book. I gave him a pen and was hoping for a cute little squiggle or something. But no, he managed to draw something that looked uncannily like a big swastika. FML

It's not like it's a parent forcing their kid's scribbles on a work colleague or distant relative, it's the happy couple's nephew. It's cute. I'm assuming there were enough pages for him to have a go and it not really be a problem. Personally I wouldn't even mind if it did turn out as a swastika or penis or something as he obviously didn't mean it - it just makes it more memorable and something to tease him about when he's all grown up. ^^;

Just squiggle something else over it or in addition to.

I don't know how a squiggle could be classified as "cute" and I wouldn't want a little kid signing on my wedding guestbook. But that's just me.

Who let's a baby draw on someone's guess book?

Who spells "lets" with an apostrophe?

Oops, sorry to be a grammar nazi. Haha, so fitting.

Shouldn't have given a toddler the guest book.

That's how Hitler recruited babies into the SS and HY.
