Today, I walked in on my daughter attempting to iron her pants with a hair straightener. She's 17. FML

Rather clever idea actually.

I do that all the time, it's great for shirt collars and around buttons!

I do it especially when I'm staying in a hotel without an iron

I do that all the time! It works really good with iron on patches.

Meanwhile, your daughter is writing another FML: "My mother doesn't understand how irons work. She's 40+. FML."

FYL for being so harsh on your clever daughter

Using a straightener actually works. Also, using an iron on your hair works to straighten it.

As a college guy who is short on time, I do this with my girlfriend's straightener on the collars of my button-downs. Works like a charm. FYL

at least it works -.- same idea but a differently shaped iron -.-
