Rules like that actually exist? O_o Don't listen to that teacher.
#51: "pda is extremely rude, insensitive, and gross." ? I don't know about anywhere else but at the school I went to in the US, holding hands counted as PDA. A kiss on the cheek is PDA. If you find it gross and rude to display any form of affection at all, you have some issues. On the other hand, making out in public makes one little better than a ***** :)
Is your boyfriend well liked by most teachers? Perhaps the teacher meant they expect better behaviour from your boyfriend, and that he could do so much better in terms of that.
Don't you mean public display of affection?
There are very strange rules in U.S. schools O_o.
You're stupid. It's PUBLIC display of affection...and teachers won't tell you to 'stop' if it's just a "quick kiss" cause it would have already been over... and I'm sure a teacher would not say that. I call BS
As previously stated, I think the teacher meant your boyfriend could do much better than to show pda in the hallway... and, grammar anyone?
Some teachers would say that... they aren't all professional. once this guy asked me to pick up this pencil he dropped, and our history teacher announced to the class "You just wanted to see her bend over in a skirt." trust me, teachers can say really rude things. = )
your boyfriend could probably do much much better than you...

I feel like you probably meant "Public Displays of Affection." (Though, I'm torn over whether or not it should be capitalized. Meh.)
That sucks, forget that teacher. Most of them don't know what the hell is going on anyway,
