Today, I realized that because of my construction job, I have spent such a huge amount of time with older, cynical guys that I keep uncontrollably using the phrase "fucking kids these days" regularly like an idiot. I'm 18. FML

I work construction as well OP don't take what they say to heart. I started when I was 18 also and heard the same crap. Keep your head up pay attention and listen and you will be fine! Best of luck!!

At 23 I say the same when I see all theses unemployed kids. There's no reason to be unemployed there are jobs out there if you'd just get off your asses and work

It's easy to become conditioned to a new environment. just remember that you were there once OP and, somewhere out there, there's a guy in his forties saying the exact same thing about an eighteen year old. We're all kids to some generation

I suppose I am slightly retarded but at least I can admit it, although the comment was not about me the decline of our race is a very serious matter and I don't know what that last part you said was about what I said is the truth people today are mostly idiots but kids are especially. We as a country and perhaps even the world is just going to keep going down hill from here, there is no doubt in my mind about this.( I am sure many people will not like what I have said and I do not care because I believe it and always will no matter what you people say or do)
