Innocent until proven guilty. If there are no cameras then they can't prove that you did anything...if the woman is adamant then point out that it's possibile that someone else pretended to be an employee. If there ARE cameras then they can see you didn't do anything anyway.

The way this is written confuses me. Did your boss say it was the tissue kid's mom? It sounds like there was a vague complaint and you had to assume it was about you because you're the only female employee. Unless this was the only child in the store during your shift, which seems unlikely.
