They're probably out there. But be warned, there's a huge overlap between guys who explicitly want "no body count" and guys who see you as their property. I wouldn't turn a girl away for wanting to wait, myself, though while 100% monogamous and committed, I'm not a fan of marriage. I see it as silly and unnecessary. People are diverse, with differing views, values, goals, and preferences. Try to tailor your approach to what you're looking for, and be patient.
