While you can suggest they go somewhere else, as long as she's not bugging you with people through then entire week i would say you should find somewhere to go for the time they need the room. You can talk to her about it being every weekend too. maybe talk to her about alternating weekends. and for goodness sake its a couple days out of the week. stop whining about it. He's driving a long way to see her and at least they told you that they would like the room. so technically they're not kicking you out, especially if you agreed to it. and if you have a problem with it, grow a backbone and tell them to find a hotel. i have a roommate who does the exact same thing. but thankfully i don't share a room with him. his girlfriend lives in Grays Lake, Illinois and travels to downtown Chicago EVERY weekend so that her and my roommate can have loud sex for everyone to hear at 4a.m. when we're all trying to sleep. they are also all over each other ALL the time and it's disgusting. and they do baby-talk to each other ALL the time. they hog the bathroom as well to have sex in it; and mind you, they share the bathroom with two other people. all they do is have sex everyday the girlfriend is here when EVERYONE is here so to disgust us as deeply as possible.
